About the Journal

Mission

To rescue the history of the Military Public Prosecutor's Office and Brazilian Military Law.

To promote knowledge of Brazilian Military Law, Humanitarian Law, and all matters related to the duties of the Military Public Prosecutor's Office, among members of other national and international public institutions and among law students.

To foster the exchange of knowledge between the Military Public Prosecutor's Office and the Armed Forces.

To bring together professionals in Common and Special Criminal Law, through the collaboration of those who defend Military Criminal Law as an efficient instrument in the fight against crime.
