Abstract

The objective of this article is to deepen the understanding of the legal good in the context of military criminal law, providing information for students, academics, and legal professionals interested in this specific area. By analyzing in detail the concept, relevance, and legislation associated with the military legal good, we aim to enrich the understanding and application of Military Criminal Law in our society. By comprehending these differences, society gains a deeper insight into the importance of Military Criminal Law and its role in preserving order and national security. Far from exhausting the topic, the objective is to draw attention to a small point in the vast legal field, a neglected branch of law, a lifelong goal of the master of us all, the eternal Teacher Couto.
