Abstract

The investigation of mass graves conducted by military prosecutor`s offices is part of the judicial experience subsequent to the fall of the communist regime in Romania. Investigators have to express interest in the application of those criminal technique and modern scientific research methods, which can help them discover the truth and connect them to the technological evolution that shall replace the inability to use the classical investigation methods.
