Abstract

This text deals with the precedence that the idea of human rights has over the construction of feminism, and how the concept of women's human rights has been created throughout history after repeated stages of oppression and absences, bringing to the heart of legislative production the issues of women and their various implications, whether in the social sphere, political, family, individual. In the end, a tour will take place on the paths in feminism in Brazil today and its position in relation to a movement for the protection of women's rights in the Latin American bloc, verifying the points of convergence and interests. A short exhibition will also be made on anti-feminist ideas disseminated in the country, pondering their validity and legitimacy.
