About the Journal
The Journal of the Military Public Prosecutor's Office was created in 1974 by the then Attorney General of Military Justice, Ruy de Lima Pêssoa. The idea to transform the first issue of the Monthly Jurisprudence Bulletin, published at the time, arose from the publication of the Journal of Military Law. Thus, later, the first edition of the Journal of Military Law was launched. Since its inception, several changes have been made, including the name, which became the Journal of the Military Public Prosecutor's Office, and each new Editorial Board has incorporated new ideas and actions that contribute to the improvement of this periodical.
