Abstract

The Legal Technology, as a reinterpretation of traditional Law, brought the need to adapt to the new communication technologies and the virtualization of social relations. Gradually, Brazilian jurisprudence has been adapting to this change, demanding the digital evidence collection in the investigative phase to be complete and reliable. New mass storage technologies such as SSDs present features that require new evidence validation techniques.
