In this global perspective, as an assumption, the investigative means to deal with the challenges that arise with technological development and its global expansion are evaluated, discussing the importance of the exchange of information and experiences between countries, as well as the challenges that this cooperation faces . For this, a bibliographical review of studies on the subject was carried out. It was concluded that international initiatives need to be strengthened and effectively implemented, so that international legal cooperation in the fight against virtual crimes can be effective. All stakeholders, from governments to technology companies, must work together to ensure the Internet is a safe and secure environment for all users.
