Abstract

Lately it’s been recurring in the Military Justice cases of aggraveted battery and even death involving students, victims of alleged mistreatment in consequence of rigorous military training required for the formation of the so-called “elite troops”. As victims are usually voluntary for those courses, and many of them actually acknowledge as normal the outcome of potential injuries, the phenomenon identified as vitimológico movement shows up, where the vitimodogmática takes part reflecting the behavior of the victim in the crime circumstances.
