Abstract

This study analyzes the challenges that project to the Military Public Ministry, branch responsible for prosecution of federal crimes military. The Institution has been executing its strategic planning for the period 2011-2015, aiming the enhancement to fulfill, with excellence, the various missions that will come, whether in the preventive or repressive plan, thus contributing to the preservation of national interests and the consolidation of the democratic rule of law.
