A reinvenção da Justiça Militar brasileira

Abstract

This text focuses on the analysis of the contemporary profile of Brazilian´s Military Justice, especially in the process of readjusting its jusconstitucional, due to requirements arising with the creation of the National Council of Justice - CNJ, as well as the increased risk as a corollary use of the Armed Forces in different situations guaranteeing law and order or even subsidiaries assignments, as well as repression of the transborder crimes or crimes of domestic and international repercussions occurred in Brazil. An attempt is made, also, in this remodeling perspective, to examine possible areas of action of this special justice, in case of an eventual role redefining, in an effort that entails the reaffirmation of its singular nature of an institution related to all military juridical system issues.
