Special Edition: Seminar on the Comparative Military Legal System in Brazil and Italy
Vol. 51 No. 44 (2024)This special edition presents papers written by participants of the Seminar on the Comparative Military Legal System between Brazil and Italy, held in Rome, Italy, from April 2 to 5, 2024, as a result of a partnership between the Military Public Prosecutor's Office, the Università di Roma Tre, and the Procura Generale Militare presso la Corte di Cassazione. This academic activity was attended by Brazilian and Italian speakers aiming to discuss, among other subjects, the important and current topic of the influence and evolution of Military Law in confronting the diverse and growing criminal actions in the world.

Special edition "Geneva Conventions 75 years: we all agree on this"
